Purpose:
--------
This plugin is purposed for Philips SAA7130/7133/7134/7135-based TV tuners 
with FM-support. List supported TV tuners declared in file fly2000fm.cfg.
If you know hardware configuration your TV tuner model, not included in 
supported list, you may add this model - use insert new section in file 
fly2000fm.cfg with base hardware configuration.

This plugin works with any SAA713x WDM drivers.

Requires:

Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP/2003.
Any Philips SAA713x WDM driver.

First call of plugin under Windows 2000/XP/2003 is requires administrative 
privileges for installing FlyPCI.sys driver.
